 Deal with your feelings from when she cheated. Sex = what she did to you. It can change your view of not just sex with her, but with anyone. It can cause you to see sex as being "dirty" and not in a positive way. That's because of how opening up can cause pain when betrayed. Your shutting down is a way of protecting yourself from being hurt.
(1) If you want to be with her, forgive her. (2) Don't focus on the sex, focus on the desire to please the person you want to be with. If this is the person you love, use sex as a method of expressing that love, and not just the act.
