We tried two positions... one where I was on top and the other I was on his bed and he went in, both hurt like crazy! Does this always happen the first time? (We did use protection!)

Yes, it's normal!
It hurt like crazy my first time, and the few times afterwards. You need time to get used to it, but once you are, it's quite fun =)
Just keep plugging away, and the pain will be gone soon enough.

it takes time for your body to ajust for the first time it does hurt the first time but saying that all women are diffrent the next time your having sex just take it slow and see what hapens dont make your self go on if its really sore and if your worried go to your doctor..or even ask ur mum im sure you dont want to ask your mum but she will respect you she will always love you dont worrie bout asking her
