I would say that this is a Thrush, although I can only go on own experience. Often you will notice this more after sex as all the stuff thats going on down there! Its very common and so longs as its white and theres no smell then its very easily treatable.
Thrush is a yeast inbalance that can cause itching, and a discharge, its normally kind of white or a little cloudy creamy colour and can be sometimes clumpy as you described.
you can buy many things to clear this up an oral pill, a thrush cream, pessary all available from the Chemist.
This does sound like thrush to me, but if it changes in colour or starts to get an odour you will need to get yourself checked out. If it is thrush then your man will need to be treated to, as it can be passed between the two of you. So it wouldnt be any good you treating it and clearing it up only for him to be giving it back to you.
Always remember if you get anything out of the ordinary then pop along to your doctors and get it checked out.
Take care x x

Dear anonymous,
Discharge of white coloration is normal, even clumpy. If you are concerned or feeling any dis-comfort it would be adviseable to see your doctor or your nearest female clinic, to ensure everything is as it should be.
With Warm Wishes

Had you had any unusual discharges before the sex? It is also important to note if the discharge had any smell to it--sour or fishy usually indicates a problem.
It is possible to have a whiteish discharge normally without any problems--even to have it be thicker than normal, depending on your cycle. However, you shouldn't really have anything that one would call "clumpy". It sounds to me a bit like a yeast imbalance.
You should have a quick discussion with your doctor--it is most likely nothing more than an imbalance of some sort, especially if it isn't accompanied by burning or itching--just to be on the safe side.
Women can ejaculate during sex, but it is a clear, thin fluid. What you describe sounds more like your own discharge just being pushed down through sex. I wouldn't worry, but make an appointment just to be safe.
