She says that she is ready to have sex, we have tried twice, both times i only got about an inch inside and then she told me stop bcuz it hurt so we did. We are both virgins and both want to have sex. I don't want to hurt her too much but she says that she will have to put up with it if she wants kids, because it will hurt a hell of a lot more to have kids. I want to know how much it hurts and for how long, so that i can figure out whether we are doing it wrong or anything. Thankyou.

This is why you shouldn't have sex at 15!

The pain could be that she is quite tight, and may also be dry. Lead up to sex with foreplay, and be sure to use lubrication. Also, get her to try masturbation [or you can do it for her... may help] which can loosen her up.
Don't take things too fast. Be sure to use plenty of lubrication, and masturbation should loosen up.
Good luck,

As she is only 15, her body may not yet be matured enough for sexual intercourse and so this could cause her more pain.
