Anyways, the answer is simple.
If you do not mind having your wife fulfill his fantasy while you are enjoying the fruits of her labor (you did say that she earns twice as much as you do, her contacts/boss allows you to tag along and enjoy a jetset lifestyle), then you should just let it be.
If she decides that fulfilling the boss' fantasy means doing a threesome, or better still, just the two of them in the cabin below (without you) and leaves you up on the deck basking in the sun, would that be okay for you?
But to some people, it reads like you are merely your wife's "agent". She gets to work hard, earn lots of money, and you enjoy a lifestyle that you would not have enjoyed otherwise with your income.

I would not care if my wife lost her "great paying" job! I would rather have integrity and protect my marriage then worry about being able to live your "lifestyle" but then again, I'm a REAL man!

If you like sharing your wife physically then I say just let her get on with it - perhaps if a woman did the same thing to you she would get angry? We all have lustful thoughts about other people but the difference with most of us is that we love and respect the person we are with and don't cross those boundaries.  Alright dude, let's get one thing straight with her. Shes with you right? The only fantasies that woman should be fufilling are yours. You need to put an end to this and stop being such a push over (I mean that in the nicest way possible, I'm not trying to insult ya).
