"scratch my turntable"?? What does that mean?

my and ex and I have been not getting along lately until last night he emailed me after he told me that he was sick of me bragging and then said if i wanted to date others all i want peace..now today he emailed me saying I was right and he wants to scratch my turn table? what does this mean? Should I make him wait or reply?
