The two previous posts are very good. I would say go for it - if she says no then at least you tried rather than thinking what if. Two of my friends met this way, and they are planning on getting married next year. Go for it just be careful :-) x

Just be careful because it could just be part of her job to be friendly to customers. Next time you are in there and she is working find a time when she dosen't look to busy and get chatting to her. Maybe ask her how long she has worked there, ask her if she enjoys it. Then at the end maybe you could follow it up with " this is just a shot in the dark here, but would you let me take you out to lunch, i know this really cool place we could go". If she says yes then happy days, but don't be to disappointed if she say's no though, at least you would have tried.
Hope it goes well.

Ask her if she likes working there. If she says "Yes" Then tell her that it looks like a nice place and ask her about the people she works with. If she says no, then ask her what is so bad about it and say that you're sure a lovely smiley girl like her could get another job easily.
After a small conversation stick out our hand and say "I'm .... by the way, nice to meet you". Then carry on with your conversation.
Starting off the conversation will be nerve raking but once your in it you should be ok and you'll calm down.
Say that you'd better get going and that you'll probably see her around.
Wait for a few days and then go in again and strike up another small conversation. You'll be fine. See where it goes from there.
