Katy. agony aunti asked this question in my life lesson last year, and my teacher said there's no safe time but the best time is when you've just come off your period, as your eggs have just died or something like that. yeaah, but still make sure your using contraception because there's no time when it's 100% safe for anyone.

lovesalias agony auntThere really is no "Safe time" to have sex. I know that this is not the answer you are looking for but its the only one that is available. I am glad that you are using protection but it is not 100%. Are you on any additonal contraceptives like a birth control pill? You live in the USA so if you are over the age of 13 you can get it free through certain clinics. I would suggest that you use that as well if you are trying to prevent pregnancy. I would not stop using the condoms because birth control does not stop the contraction of STD's (sexually transmitted dieseases). I say that there is no safe time because no one knows just exactly when it is that you ovulate (release an "egg" or ovul for reproduction) plus if you are not using protection sperm can last in the vaginal canal up to 7 days and fertilize the "egg" and you will become pregnant. Even if he "Pulls out" there is such a thing as pre-cum which holds sperm cells in it millions. This occurs before ejacullation and this can also make you become pregnant. I think since you and your boy-friend and both sexually active you should go together to a clinic to talk about your contraceptive options. If he is interested in continuing these adult relations he should be man enough to go with you to the clinic. I hope you take this advise and helpful and attempt to look into these things more. If you would like to contact me personally feel free to do so. I will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. Good Luck and I hope that this Helps!
