 It may not be the most romantic thing but you could wipe yourself down with a cloth or something and then go quickly wash your hands. Or keep some kleenex close and use a few to take the condom off while at the same time it can catch any that may run down. That way you can just toss the kleenex to the side and continue with the used condom safely wrapped up so it won't leak anywhere.
