1)it could be possible to get pregnant while your on the injection.

2) if you think your pregnant take a pregnancy test and if your not then get on the pill cuz it could cause mental issues to your baby. so you should make sure first

3)wow a baby cost alot. you should begin buying things as soon as you know what your going to have.

penta agony auntWow. That's a lot of questions. I'll answer them separately:

1 im on the injection is it possible that i might be pregnant because i keep being sick and getting tired

You didn't say which injection, but I suspect that those could be side effects of the injection itself. Google the name of the BC you're on and read through the list of side effects. Birth control methods are basically hormones that trick your body into thinking it's already pregnant, so that you don't either produce an egg or allow one you do produce to implant. So each method has side effects; you have to choose the one that has the best side effects for you.

2my parents want me to go on the pill how will this harm my baby if i am pregnant

Well, you're not supposed to take the pills when you're pregnant, but it happens. I don't think there is any serious harm, but it depends on the pill you go on. But if you're already pregnant, you won't be able to start the pill. Any pill you take, you're supposed to wait until after a certain day after the first day of your period. If you don't start your period, you can't start the pill.

3 how much will it cost around to get all the stuff i need for a newborn

Whew. This is a really hard one. It's really pricey (I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old). Here's a site that might help: http://www.surebaby.com/costs.php

"In your baby's first year alone, you can easily spend between $9,000-$11,000 (for diapers, formula, baby furniture, clothing, baby gear, etc.)" [this doesn't include childcare of the cost of the delivery itself]

A male reader, ChiRaven United States +, writes (10 April 2007):

ChiRaven agony auntFirst, go to a clinic and see if you really are pregnant. You don't say where you are located, but there are minimal cost clinics for people who might be pregnant in most areas these days.

If you are, the clinic can direct you to appropriate resources for care during your pregnancy. Take advantage of them, and take care of yourself ... especially when it comes to things like smoking, drinking, and doing drugs. These things can have really tragic consequences.

If you are not, the clinic can also advise you about alternate means of birth control.

If you're having trouble locating a clinic, try writing me directly via mail through this service, let me know what country you're located in (and what area of the country) and I'll see what I can do to help you find one.

And good luck.
