a guy at work fancies me, his mate came and told told me and now everyone in the office knows, he is not even talking to me after that, why?? another problem is, he's nice but i already have a boyfriend. i am really stressed what do i do??

he is really nice to me and i dont want to hurt his feelings, please help.

Men are actually far more shy and nervous about things than we let on. The problem was that it wasn't him who told you, it was his friend and it's now got around everywhere. So he's probably terribly embarrassed and shy about it. And you already have a boyfriend, something he may have known so he was keeping quiet. I think it's worth talking to him gently and saying that he's a lovely guy, and you hope you can continue working together. But keep it short and make sure he knows that you are already taken.
