Well, I gifted my bf 20 small things when he turned 20.However it turned out a lil expensive.so thats one idea that someone already gave you dont have to spend a lot on 15 gifts too. some of the lil things could even be bought from dollarama. (some dollaramas have awesome lil gifts)- a cupcake with a candle, a small photoframe, a keychain, a scrapbook with your memories , etc etc... Or get her a nice cake and a teddy from " bear factory" , name it as you and ask her to hug it and sleep in the night when youre not with her :D.

If you want the gift to show thought it needs to be something personal, like something very particular and unusual that she really likes.
