 Don't get so worried dear. I can assure you that you will not fall pregnant if your private parts got into contact with sperm. Sperm cannot survive long in open air.

 If you mean his PENIS (That's normally the hard sticky out bit between his legs) touched your VAGINA (the thing between your legs) and he came (the white stuff that comes out of the end of his penis) and that touches or goes inside your vagina then YES you can get pregnant.
Go and see a doctor and don't play with Penises unless they are wearing a condom!

 I am assuming you meant that his penis touched the outer parts of your vagina.
If this is what you meant, then yes you could get pregnant if he ejaculated all over the outer parts of your vagina. If he only touched, then you are most likely not pregnant, but yes, there is a very small chance it could possibly happen since the penis emits a seminal fluid, or "precum" that contains sperm.
Use a spermicidal foam or gel next time you are fooling around to act as a backup.

 Your question is worded very badly and it is hard to understand what you are asking!
I'm guessing that the answer you are looking for is something like this.....If you have touched sperm with your hands and then touched yourself around or in your vagina then there is a small chance you could be pregnant. But only a very small chance! If you miss your period then take a test and this will clear things up.
If that is not a helpful answer then please re-write your question and I will try again!
