I have had an ectopic pregnancy and I felt severe kidney pain, had a urine infection, was very tired and had a definite fever. I don't think you have this but if you are worried in any way call or go and see your GP.

I found this list of pregnancy signs not to ignore. I wouldn't worry unless you start to notice any of these symptoms. Like the Anon. poster said, back pains are common in pregnancy. And of course, go see your doctor if you are really worried.
You just "don't feel right"
Severe or sharp upper-to mid-abdominal pain, with or without nausea
Fever
Vision disturbances, such as double vision, blurring, dimming, flashing spots or lights that last for more than two hours
Swelling or puffiness (also called oedema) of the hands, face and eyes
Severe headache that lasts for more than two or three hours
Sudden, noticeable weight gain of more than one kilo not related to eating, with or without swelling of the hands and feet, headache or visual disturbances
Light or heavy vaginal bleeding
A sudden increase in thirst accompanied by little or no urination
Painful or burning urination accompanied by a temperature, shivering and backache
Severe vomiting: more than two to three times a day in the first trimester, onset of vomiting later in pregnancy, or vomiting accompanied by pain and/or a temperature
Fainting or dizziness
Pain, such as severe lower abdominal pain on either or both sides
Absence of, or slowing down of your baby's movements for more than 24 hours after week 22
All-over itching late in pregnancy with or without jaundice, dark urine and pale stools
You've had a fall or a blow to the stomach
hope this helps :) xx
