if you hardly ever eat and you have been vomiting i think you should go and talk to your gp. He will be able to give you the right advice you need. You said you have this problem for over a year so i think its time to get this sorted once and for all.
Good luck

You've probably faffed up your metabolism. Skipping meals is as bad as eating 4000 calories a day because your body goes into starvation mode and stores everything you do eat as fat so your muscle gets digested but your fat increases.
Me saying that you need to exercise and eat healthily wasn't supposed to be a criticism or an assumption that you weren't already doing both, just that a lot of people have very screwed up ideas about losing weight like I don't need to eat healthily if I exercise or if I only eat 500 calories a day I will lose weight. You need to take expert advice about this. There's not much people on the other side of a computer screen can do except encourage you to accept expert help.

Tablets are a really bad idea and wont do anything for you. There is no easy way to lose weight and no magic way of doing it. You need to be very practical in your approach alot of diets out there today do more harm than good. Losing weight too quickly is all bad as it will pile right back on. A combination of good diet and exercise will do it for you. But you have to be very strict on yourself to see results. Overdoing the exercise at the beginning is quite dangerous as if you are overweight it will put extra strain on your heart.
Write a food diary over the next week and list all the foods that you are eating. Then go through the diary and see what foods you need to cut out and when you eat the most. eg do you eat for comfort or boredom.
You should aim to start walking to begin with twenty minutes three times a week. Do quite a fast pace but dont over exert yourself. The next week go to four days at twenty minutes and gradually increase your pace. keep doing this until you are doing half an hour five times a week. Swimming is also great exercise if you can fit it in. As far as the diet goes cut down on saturated fats, carbohydrates and sweet foods. Fill up on fruit, vegetables chicken fish are all great foods. Do be too hard on yourself if you have the odd cake or beer but if you dont put the effort in you wont see any results.

Tablets are a really bad idea. The way they work is to make you lose all your water weight through regular trips to the toilet and chronic diarrhoea and because you lose it so fast it's easy to pile it back on. Go and see your doctor and ask for a healthy eating plan and stick to it to the letter. A pharmacist might be able to help you with this too. Also go to the gym and get someone to devise an exercise plan for you. The two must be done together and seriously to work.
