Has he finally let me know he is intereted and likes me? This guy is shy and I think he is afraid of rejection. I like him equally. His bosses know he likes me because they look at me and smile and wondered if I had a ring. This guy has stared at me when I am not looking. Now, we pretty much faced one another. Thoughts, please. I do not want to make the first move, just hoping he does. Don't know why this guy is so shy around me, but not with other girls.

a whole year and you have never spoken to each other! wow! i would of got bored and found someone else a long time ago if it was me. However if you really like him just get yourself off your desk chair and go and talk to him and ask him out for a coffee or a drink sometime. If you don't make a move u may end up wasting another year or two on this shy guy when u could be happily in a relationship with someone else. Don't be strung along. Are you sure he is even single? He may have a gf or a wife and that's why he has not made a move. You will never no unless you actually talk to him
