writes: Just a quick question. I've recently been getting pains and aches near my lower stomach and balls. It only happens when being with my girlfriend when we're kissing and touching but not actually having physical sex or oral. It seems to be something to do with me feeling sexually excited, but then not releasing that sexual excitement. The pains are quite bad, and last about an hour or two. Is this a common thing for a guy in there mid teens? Any advice please?

my advice to you would be to consult your GP if these pains persist they seem very severe and while pains can be ok and manageable for short periods of time to be in pain every time you fail to be satisfied sexually isn't normal and maybe your doctor could suggest some life style changes or dietry changes that could ease or cease these pains and aches. good luck in the future and i hope your problem can be sorted for you ('',)

Sounds like blue balls. It happens when you get really really excited and then don't orgasm. It happens easier to some than others. You can fix it by having an orgasm before the sexual tension goes away. Since it happens with your girlfriend, just ask her to give you a "hand" with that (a handjob) or a blowjob.

Some men get this when they haven't had a sexual release after being turned on for some time. It's normal. If the pain persists though, it might be worth talking to a doctor.
