Most likely cause is a urinary tract infection which is easily treated with antibiotics. Very important to see a doctor though as untreated urinary tract infections can turn nasty pretty quickly and you don't want those bad bacteria travelling up towards your kidneys...so insist on a GP appointment tomorrow and tell the receptionist it is an urgent matter. Even if it not a urinary tract infection, your symptoms need investigating by urine/ blood test urgently.

Doctor. ASAP. At your age, it's most likely to be some sort of infection. But it could be something else.

I hope that appointment is very soon! My dad had blood in his urine as well and it turned out to be bladder cancer. Now he is a lot older and had a major risk factor in his past: smoking. (He quit in the 70s but still got it in the 80s.) I really doubt that is your situation.
We'd just be guessing here, it's probably just an infection, so the doctor will need to examine you. If it's an infection, you'll be given antibiotics, which you MUST take as directed and for the entire course as directed.
The most likely thing is a urinary tract infection, which will require a doctor's care. Please be sure to keep that appointment! Good luck and don't worry too much!
