brooke5426 agony auntSudocrem wont clog it, it softens it. it tells you on the tub it can be used for any kind of skin complaint and it lists acne as one of the things it can be used to treat. and it works wonders.

Hope you don't mind me pointing this out. You wrote "Hi, I have a day tomorrow" - Well that's quite obvious isn't it? Lol

Anyway about the spot issue... I suffer from them too! To reduce mine i have been drinking plenty of water and cutting down on oily foods - it helps, but takes time to work its magic! However, if you're wanting them to go away by tomorrow... well they wont, not completely anyway! So the best advice i can give is to use concealer then foundation - but use a waterbased type that won't clog pores. 'Clean Makeup - Fragrance Free' by Covergirl is supposed to be amazing! I wanna try some myself, but i'm not sure if you can buy it from the Uk! Yes i'm alot of help aren't i? Lol Try 'googling' it and search for spot-friendly cover up. Gud luck x

brooke5426 agony auntok you need to try something called sudocrem. its in a grey tub and you can buy it from anywhere. any chemist or supermarket its about £2 a tub. its used for nappyrash, eczema, acne and any kind of skin disorder. wash your face, put that on and leave it as long as you can, it really makes a massive difference very quickly.

other than that DONT PICK! you'll make a mess of your face and it will be really hard to cover up. use a concealer stick that matches your skin colour but make sure you dont put on too much or it will just draw attention. you're aiming to cover the redness.

and the biggest distraction from zits is just to smile!

Ok I'm a guy, but hey, we all have skin!

I find that 'concealer stick' works well, you can get it from most stores. Dont pick at them unless you really must...pop....err gross :P

o dear, you sound like my sister, well, cleanse your face, wash it, and put sum cream on it, (try using products with our perfume in them, i really recommend 'simple' range, you can get it from boots, asda, superdrugs, bodycare, and its not very expensive either. also when you wash your face, i was once told that you should dry it properly, do not leave an ounce of water or damp spots on it. To hide the spots get a concealer stick, (i use collection 2000, its about 2 pounds) really good, you can get it from asda, jus dab it on your spots, blend into your skin, and then lightly brush some loose poweder over it. :) hope this helps..god bless! x x x
