Orgasm troubles!

Helloo,

I'm having trouble orgasming. Before I feel I might orgasm, my body tenses a lot, I get a bit of a headache and can't breathe. It gets too much too handle to relax and i have to stop. What can i do?

Hi there. As the body gets close to orgasm, it does tense up in several muscle areas, so that is perfectly normal.

So the headache could be caused by tension in your neck and shoulders, perhaps.

And the breathlessness, may be that you tend to hold your breath without realizing it, and so then you become a little hyperventilated.

So the next time you are getting close to orgasm, make sure you keep on breathing normally, so you don't get the headache or the breathlessness.

It's possible that the headache is partly due to holding your breath, and also perhaps your neck is in an uncomfortable position, and not properly supported on a pillow.
