A female Ireland age 41-50, anonymous writes:

Hello

I met a guy online on a dating site. He said he likes my presentation and profile a lot so we started to talk.

The first day we talked for around 2hours and 20 min and he said some times that he likes me. He next day we talked again and he said some times that he likes me and he also said that his aim is to have a serious relationship. He also talked to me about his old two years relationship and how bad it was, and how much he sacrified and how alone he is now. He said some times tht he likes me and he is curious about me and so on. I told him the same. He was very nice to me and I also to him. We talked around 2h and 20 min.

After 1h he send me a message on the site that he wants to talk to me the next day. The day after I send him a message that I also want to talk to him. I was online for several hours but he didn't talk to me. I thought he changed his mind and wrote to him that it's Ok and wished him good luck.

Then the day after at 10 am he answered me that he couldn't talk to me yesterday becuase he was very tired and that he still for sure wants to talk to me more.

I replied to him that it was Ok and I understand him and I also wants to talk to him more. This was four days ago. He didn't talk to me since then. So he didn't talk to me in four days until now.

Today I could see him online two times, (15 min each time,)on the dating site but he didn't talk to me.

Does this mean that he changed his mind and that he doesn't want to talk to me more? What shall I do? Please help me to understand him. Thanks :)

TasteofIndia agony auntWell, the thing is with online relationships is that you can't really know what's going on with him. Maybe he's been too busy, maybe he's got things going on in his personal life or maybe he's just lost interest. If he starts chatting with you again, maybe he will offer you an explanation?

I would try not to get too invested in these guys when you first start chatting. Good luck, sweetness!
