You need to give her plenty of compliments, tell her how good she looks, how well she does things, how she's so clever and wise. Tell her you wished you were more like her. Give her the confidence she needs to boost her self esteem up again and in time her self esteem will grow again. Her are a couple of links you can read that will help you know what to do and say to help her.

The two of you should get involved in something that she's good at (preferably something that she's better than you are or where your). Anything -- a choir, a sport, a club.
Being active in something you are good at is a good way to build self esteem. Good luck.

Ultimately be there for her, tell her things that will boost her confidence and self esteem amd make her feel good about herself.
Arrange a day out somewhere like a theme park or something to help take her mind off things, somewhere where you can have alot of fun and laugh alot.
Good luck xx
