So earlier this week we met up town to just talk and stuff, and he asked me to go back to his house, because his mom and sister would be in and he wanted me to meet them, so i agreed. When i'd got to his house, i met his mom, and then went up to his bedroom where i sat on his bed. He came over and sat next to me, and began playing me his guitar singing me songs. After that, he suggested we watch a film, and just chill on his bed, and, as i was quite tired, i also agreed to this quite happily. But as the film went on, things got more, passionate between us. We began with one little kiss, which led to more kisses, then snogging, and in end, he fingered me. But he did ask me before this whether i was okay with this, and if at any point i got the tiniest bit scared, he'd stop (because he doesn't want me to do anything i don't want to do because he was raed when he was my age, and doesn't want me to loose my virginity in a similar way). After this, we just talked, and he told me even more things about him. But i've recently told two of my closest friends. One thinks we're really cute together and deserve to spend the rest of our lives together as we are happily in love (we did alot of talking!) But my other friend thinks i was extremely stupid and i should never have done this, and although i made her promise not to tell anyone, i'm scared she might, and i know this sounds like the boy's a paedophile, but i promise you, he really isnt. And also his best friend who is seventeen is going out with a girl who's my age, and she knows some of my friends, and she's been fine with their relationship. But please, i really need some advice !

but he's said he doesn't want to have sex with me until i'm sixteen anyway, because he'd never do anything that he knows i would and he would probably regret.

Hello anonymous 13 year old,
Although I find your story a bit, creepy, I will put aside any biased thoughts to help you out as much as I can.
What I have to say is, as long as both parents know that you two are together, and they approve, then I say go for it.
But here is a warning. If you two do have sex, I want to make something clear. Losing you're virginity is a big moment. I only ask that you seriously consider just fooling around, fingering, oral, anything but vaginal penetration until your dating this guy a little longer.
Maybe 6 months, maybe a year. If he really loves you,, he'll respect your wishes. And it will only make the moment when you actually make love even more special and passionate. Give it time. Trust me when I say you will be satisfied with foreplay.
As Rifraf says, it is illegal, so be careful out there ok?
Let me know if you use my advice, and the outcome of taking the advice.
Good luck!
