hey

i DONT have mega sweating problems and dont sweat an awful lot, however no deodorants seem to work on me. I asked about this a cou[ple of months ago and was advised by several to get certain dri anti-perspirant.

i am only just getting round to looking into this due to my busy lifestyle but i was wondering, is it ok to use something like certain dry even if you are not diagnosed with a condition such as axillary hyperhidrosis? It seems like the only way to keep my under arms dry AND its not even that hot yet! x ta

Cateyes agony auntI know I mentioned this product to someone on here....and I have used it especially if I was wearing like a silky blouse. What I had stated was, that you NEVER want to put it on right after you shave. IT WILL BURN LIKE CRAZY and really make your skin sensitive. I would actually shave at night, then put it on the morning...and, sometimes visa versa. It lasts a long time on. Someone mentioned below a web site, you might want to check it out. I do like it though. It's not something I use everyday, just when I would be outside alot because I sweat easy and certain types of clothes...like dark solid one's. Hope this helps you out!! Good Luck!

Stayc63088 agony auntNever heard of certain dry but there is Secret Clinical Strength, Degree Clinical Strength, and another one I can't place the name of. They work very very well for people who feel they sweat more than average. I'm sure the people who posted before me know a lot more about it but I am just giving you other options. Make sure if you were to get the Secret Clinical Strength (or any others), that you apply it at night. It works wonders, I use it every night and it has made a difference. I love it ! Good luck :)

A female reader, anonymous, writes (18 April 2008):

About Certain Dri Antiperspirant from The Certain Dri Team:

The Certain Dri line of products has been developed to help the millions of adults and teens who are either diagnosed with axillary hyperhidrosis (excessive underarm perspiration) or believe their perspiration to be a problem (according to a national Harris Interactive survey for Certain Dri, 42% of U.S. adults feel excessive perspiration is an issue for them, as well as 48% of teens).

Clinical studies show that Certain Dri antiperspirant products are more than twice as effective as the leading antiperspirant brand in keeping underarms dry for up to 72 hours. According to an independent survey, a majority of dermatologists prefer the formula in Certain Dri antiperspirant for treating hyperhidrosis, or excessive perspiration, over the formula in all other antiperspirants combined.
