Obsessed with the past.......

I found out my girlfriend flashed a guy, aka her best friend over skype a few days before we got together, after he flashed her and begged her to flash him. 3 months later, it's still popping into my head randomly and causing me to have emotional breakdown, tonight being the worst. I'm ending up messing up our relationship becoming borderline obsessed with this. Any advise how to keep this silly obsession out of my mind?
