If it is, well, this is what I can say.
I'm not sure if anyone can really "get over" the things that attract you. And I don't see the point in doing that.
On the other hand, your wife is well endowed. 38 JJ, you said. If you're going to stay with her, and you say you do, then how the hell will you stay away from big breasts?
If you mean that you're attracted to other women with large breasts, then the advice is easy: stay away from them. With "them" I mean "women, but considered as a whole".
