We have had a small peck on the lips but that was just because our friends were bugging us so we just got it over and done with but it was not as enjoyable as it could have been?! Now I want to kiss her but I don't know what to do and when. Sometimes I feel the moment is there but I am just too shy to go for it. What should I do ???

If she's a normal 13 year old girl then she is probably wanting that kiss pretty badly. But seriously, don't make it into a big deal :) Next time you have some quality time with her and you're alone, just plant one on her. I'm sure she'll respond with one and after that all the tension just melts away :)

 This is really sweet but you don't want to seem too anxious. So like do a suprise kiss. When you guys are together and close, and just kiss her....or you could do what older guys do ...play hard to get a lil ...or act like you are totally not intrested in kissing her ever...and then she will make first move......but if u want to kiss her now...i say just go for it and trust your gut. Look at her and tell her how you feel and go in for the kiss..... whats the worst she could do hit you?...wink....nah she wont hit u , she will just smile back and probably give you even more kisses...*good luck hun*
