She may always be accusing you even if logically you could never cheat. I know someone just like this and no matter what evidence you bring up this person will hear none of it because their mind has been made up.

Reassure her that you are not cheating, and then watch her to make sure she's not projecting her own guilt onto you.

Hey there,
I think you should ask her who she thinks you have cheated on her with.......then call that person (if you can) on the spot, and ask if you have had sex with that person since you have been with your girlfriend. It may be awkward but it is a blunt way to handle the situation.
