What kind of pill did you take? Do you mean the contraceptive pill, the one you take daily? Or do you mean the morning after pill?
If you took the morning after pill (or the Plan B pill as they call it in America) then you should be ok, it will have stopped any sperm that leaked out in his pre-ejaculate fertilising an egg.
But if you took the contraceptive pill, then it depends if you take it every day at the same time in the morning, and have not missed any pills or been ill recently. If you take your daily pill every morning at the same time and have not been ill, and have not missed any pills recently then you will be safe. If however you have not been taking the pill regularly and take it at different times, have missed pills or have been ill then there is a chance you are not safe.
Next time, use a condom or make sure you take your daily contraceptive pill at the same time ever day and never miss a pill. There is sperm in pre-ejaculate, and pre-ejaculate leaks out before the mn ejaculates. So even if you think he pulls out before anything happens, there is still a good chance pre-ejaculate has leaked out inside you.
I hope this helps and good luck!
