Having an orgasm is more about your mental state than anything else when you're a woman. All this talk about g-spots, multiple orgasm, etc, are a lot of pressure for women...In order to have an orgasm, you have to be open to experiencing it, that means not concentrating on achieving one, but enjoying the moment. There are certain positions, moves that will more easily enable an orgasm, but your mindset is key. Nobody's body is perfectly symmetrical, so don't worry about your nipples.
