so many people have irregular periods its perfectly normal, if you dont usually have irregular periods it could be because of stress or high blud pressure ,its nothing to worry about you just need to relax a little if your still owrried then go see a doctor just to put ur mind at easebut everything will be fine :)xx

Babe you are still young and it can take a while for you're periods to settle in a regular patern, and for some people they never do, at twenty nine mine are still all over the place and i never know when mine is coming.
Try not to worry about it too much, but if you do then go and see your gp, she may suggest you go on the contraceptive pill if you are not already as these can regulate them more.
Take care.xx.

Hello Sweetheart, Firstly, stop all this worry! Your period is a very sensitive thing. It can be delayed for all sorts of reasons, including being worried. Have you lost a lot of weight recently? Where you stressed out during your school exams? Have you had a growth spurt? Where you ill and on medication? All these reasons, amongst others can cause you to be late.Your cycle is considered normal if it is between 21 to 35 days. Perhaps you are still within the usual range and it will arrive soon. If it continues into next month then speak with your doctor. He or she will be able to advise best about your body. However, I really would not worry over just one missed period especially at your age when your body is still growing and changing. Please try not to concern yourself. Speak with your mum, auntie or older sister/cousin. Im sure they will help put your fears at rest in the mean time.Best wishes,Skye

this isn't anyhting to be worried about. many girls got through a stage of unregular periods, if you get really worried you can always go and see a female doctor, just to put your mind at peace.

There are many possible reasons for this- it could be something physical. you should speak to mum or an aunt about it and perhaps see your doctor. don't worry too much- it happens to lots of girls- my daughter included!
