writes:hi I'm 17 years old. I've never been in a relationship cause i usually freak out when asked on a date. I honestly don't know whats wrong with me.there are quite a number of guys that asked me out but i rejected them. Recently my friend told me this guy from school likes me. I didn't know him before this when suddenly i just kinda like him. He ain't good looking but somehow there is something special about him. The problem is I've never even said a word to him before. His friends say he likes me alot and talks about me all the time eversince he saw my face directly for the first time. He doesn't really show that he likes me and i seem just like some other random girl in school to him so I'm shy to approach him. I don't know how to be in a relationship and i want to say yes if he ever ask me to be his girlfriend. He is just different somehow. I know i should let him know that i feel the same way but how? Its like we never talked so i just go up to him and say i like you? He is always around his guy friends so its awkward if i do that.sorry for typing so long

But anyway my friend just randomly ask something and he say he wants to concentrate on his studies this year and not think about relationship. But he will ask me out next year when he goes to college that is if he has the chance to do so. So yeah thanks!!

I guess u'r not even friends yet but u want him to date u. If he likes u as his friends said, he would show it to u. perhaps his friends are jst making fun of u.

 Hey hunni, ok so 17 is a great age to be, i think that your best bet is not to tell him you like him as that could make things really awkward, esp if his mate was just playing you, talk to him on msn, facebook or skype. get to know him a bit before you see him in public. then take things from there, hope it goes well,
