There are always other reasons for periods not to stick a schedule. Stress can be a factor. You can always try a second pregnancy test to be sure. While I am sure they are all relatively accurate, mistakes can happen and if you get two negatives, you know you're in the clear.
Continue using condoms until you've spoken to your doctor about what possible effects other medications can have on your birth control pill.
Having said that, doctors usually know what medications you are on and ask (just in case) before perscribing another, to avoid conflicts.
While you are speaking with your doctor, ask about your late period.
Here is a tip I usually find helpful in my life. I never stress about something until I know for a fact its an issue. Imagine how stupid you will feel haven wastes all that energy and having so many arguments if you end up NOT being pregnant. ;-)
Good luck.

Yes, antibiotics stop the pill from working properly! And although pregnancy tests are very reliable, they are not always 100% accurate. I would take another test, just to make sure.. If you're still unsure talk to your doctor.
And by the way, stress can cause periods to be late too...

I suggest that you go to a gynecologist immediately. And, at your age, a little irregularity in periods is actually not that uncommon. But, get best if you get an expert opinion, ok!! And take the antibiotic that you've been on too, so she/he can verify whether it does stop the pill from being effective!! And, yeah, sometimes stressing about not having any periods also causes delays... so... Really, until you don't get an expert opinion, you'll only worry.. which is NOT helping. Hope you aren't pregnant!!! So, smile, breathe easy and consult a gyne!!
