writes: I have a felony for cashing fraud checks. It's my first and only offense. I've been sentenced to 5 years of probation. I have only 5 months left. I was told that I can get it expunged. How would I be able to go about that? Also... the main thing they wanted me to do is pay back the full amount. I was only able to pay about 1/4 of it. Usually you have to stay on probation until you have paid off your fines. Also the only way you can get this expunged is if the felony occurred when you were a juvenile and to do this you have to go through the courts.
