writes:Hi, im a seventeen year old girl and i have only ever had one boyfriend. we were together 11 months but then split for the best. ive been single now for 9 months, recently ive been speakin to this guy, ive known him about 3 years now, we speak every night on msn and we text alll the time! i used to see him quite a lot when i was l ike 15 but never thought anything of him then, he was just someone me and a few friends knew, but now were older (17 and 21) we've matured a lot, we've both grown to like each other ALOT. every time i sign in on msn he talks, same with him, its just hard to explain how much into him i actually am, i never felt like this with the guy i was dating for nearly a year! we met up last week for the first time in ages (he'd asked me on a date) he took me for a meal in this nice restaurant, then we had a glass of wine in this bar and then we went for a long walk in the dark, he took me home and kissed me before i went. it was an amazin night, the best night ive ever had actually. we've not met up since, but this morning ive had some flowers delivered! its a beautiful bouquet or flowers! and its addressed to me, but its signed with a *x* it said on the card 'i hope we can do it again some time .. x' thats it. do you think they're from him? it was so unexpected! my mum said its someone playin a prank.. but i dunno! i had this big fat smile on my face i feeel on top of the world! its weird! but do you think the flowers are really from him? or is it a coincidence?! i dunno how to feeel. im so happy! lol xxx

reader, anonymous, writes (16 June 2009): This is verified as being by the original poster of the questionomg i know the price of flowers! they were beautiful too. i sent him a text saying 'thanks xx' and he replied with 'so you liked them? xx' it was obvious from then!! thankyouu guys! i should have known anywaay, what a waste of a question haha. im such an idiot! were going out again tomorrow night, im so excitedddd :D:D:D: wooooooooooooppp xxxxxx

 That would be an expensive prank to play!! It's not cheap sending flowers! How sweet of him, and as 'SmellyEllie' says - BLATANTLY they are from him! Who else could they be from? Drop him a line or an e-mail and say thank you for the gift and say that you had a great time too - you'd love to do it again sometime.
It's only been a week since your last date, anyway, of course they're from him!!

This is the sort of thing seems only to happen on movies and this is so sweet for him to do!!!!
Your mum probably just said that because she's jealous that she dosent get that any more and dosent feel as loved!!
