the thing thats bizarre is that she pursued you from such a casual demeanor. I mean honestly, what ten year old has a concept of oral sex or physical stimulation?
I know that kids lose there virginity typically around 13 now and oral sex is a regular for 12 year old (true statistic) however its bizarre that she did that.
I guess just tell the parents this isnt a phase kids just go through, that is a physchological problem, there is a reason this poor girl uses sexuality for attention.

I don't know if you'll ever get that image out of your head, maybe in time, just try not thinking about it. If this is some sort of 'phase', then it would be a good idea for her to not come over at all, until you feel that you can be in a room with her and not feel uncomfortable or think that she may try it again.

 I agree, talk to her parents before she does. Assure them, this is not something you'd want to have happen, or why would you be briniging this to their attention. She's only 10 dabbling with this. That is also a little young to be experimental. I'd be worried about where she learned this behavior in the first place. Sounds like, if she grabbed it and was going to put it in her mouth, she has knowledge above what she should at that age, and possilby experience she should not have at that age.
