We have been married 18 months and I have to pull out just before I cum or wear condoms. This has been bothering me. I do not see how sperm can cause weight gain, does it? What should i do?

 Ok, this a psychological issue, she probably heard it somewhere and now she's over-cautious. But still, I've NEVER heard someone who encountered this sort of situation.Sperm can't make you fat, it can only make you pregnant (thus, fat). It contains proteins and calories (that's why men are drained and hungry after sex), but it's not like when you eat french fries and pork stake, it's a measly load of sperm. It's not going up the body, it cannot deposit like food does. It's absurd, in my opinion. Tell her to go seek professional help or take to familial planning. I can't believe that a mature married woman doesn't know what's sperm all about.
