And if you are good, in the heat of the moment she might want to satisfy you back in return, perhaps even by allowing you to penetrate her. It's worth a try.

it is common, but causes are varied.
the right treatment must include your partner.
this is not a QA situation.
she must admit there is a problem, even better if it wont be infront of you- and she must agree to work it out.
in your case, i would consider couples therapy done with a third party guidance.
meanwhile, try to figure what changed? is it a new working place? or any other change in the way you treat her and her expectstions
