Cigarettes have nicotine in them, it is a drug and it is very addictive. Stay far away from cigarettes, they are waste of money and will ruin your health. You won't be able to run or walk for more than a few minutes without being out of breath. They leave yellow stains on your fingers and everything you have will smell nasty, clothes, hair, skin, and breath. Nothing about smoking is cool. I started smoking when I was your age and I am addicted now. I have been addicted for 13 years, I can't quit. They are just chemicals rolled up in paper, you wouldn't drink poison would you? Don't smoke poison either.

I'm now 27 and I have ruined my health. I am literally dying, aging and suffering daily. I've smoked for over half my life and I can't stop myself despite it's effects. The very first drag I took made me puke. The room was spinning and every inch of my body was saturated with nicotine and it was disgusting. If I were a smarter child, I would have stopped then. Instead, I ignored the signs I was becoming addicted and endured that very same ill feeling with every drag for weeks until my body was thoroughly hooked. But I thought I was a real bad-ass. I thought it made me look older. And how wrong I was. It's the biggest regret of my life. Smoking is the single worst mistake I've ever made. I thought it looked cool, I thought I was cool but but pretty soon you're just wheezing and coughing and acting like a fiend when your out and your teeth become unsightly and you stink. You start to sound like you have gravel in your throat. And they are expensive. And loads of people think it's gross. Don't make this fatal mistake yourself my friend. You'll wish you hadn't I promise you. Good luck and be smart. DON'T SMOKE!

Smoking is unhealthy and I'm sure you know the repercussions it'll bring about to your health. At your age, curiosity makes you feel like trying it out. When I was your age, I liked the smell of second hand smoke and had the urge to try it too. But I was glad I didn't. Why put your health at risk out of curiosity?

Try one, to know for a fact how disgusting they are!
Your curiosity is normal, when we were 14 my friends and I experimented with smoking etc.
It ended up with me smoking 5 in a row then I threw up and never touched one again! None of my friends took up smoking either.
It's good to know what you do and don't like!

I wouldn't bother, but I'm sure you know the risks involved so I won't get into that.
I smoked for a couple of years. I'm glad I gave it up. It's really just a big waste of money. They don't taste that great, they make everything stink, and they are a turn off to a lot of ladies out there.
