My teacher offered to tutor me sexually. Does he have feelings for me?

I am a highschool graduate who took a fifth year and just turned 19 when school ended. In January of 2009, I started liking one of my teachers. We started chatting casually over the internet throughout the school year and we really connected. He bugged me a lot infront of the class about anything he could find about me that was funny. School ended and I told him i’ve liked him since January and he said he has known for a few months. He said he was flattered and things started to get flirty between us. He offered to tutor me sexually and do anything I wanted. I was not interested in doing anything with someone double my age, so after a lot of flirting I told him to stop. After that our conversations were just casual. He would message me everyday during the month of july, whenever we were both online and have a nice chat. He got flirty again but I tried not to respond in a flirty way. I asked him if he has a girlfriend and he said yes. This teacher is 37. He didn’t flirt during the school year, just when school ended. I REALLY liked him and i still do a little bit, but have recently deleted him off chat so i could finally get over him. I want to know, is it possible this guy had any feelings for me or was attracted to me, or did he just want to get in my pants?
