However, if he's doing this to you only and no other students, then it is a little unusual and could get worse. If it's bothering you or you feel uncomfortable in any way with how acts towards you, tell someone. Tell your mom or another teacher/counselor at your school.

If your school has a counselor I think you should report it to them. It's a bit less intimidating telling a stranger than your parents sometimes. Either way it needs to be addressed. Does this teacher behave this way with everyone else? Does he stop other kids? If you're uncomfortable there is something definitely wrong. Trust your instincts and talk to someone. Perhaps it's innocent but it's best you let an adult decide.

I think you should talk to your parents about this.
If any of your teachers attitudes make you feel uncomfortable i think the best solution is sorting it out.
You could also talk to him to let him know you don't like some of his attitudes.
Do something but do it soon before it gets worse! Don't let that prick to make your life harder.
