Hey Lady Xtina,
work to be comfortable in your own skin, so that whatever anyone else says bounces off. as long as she can yank your chain by saying stuff about you, she has power over you.
you get self confidence by keeping busy: join a sports club, take a dance class, sing in a choir, anything you can do that you're good at. Bonus points if it's with other people. Work on liking yourself for who you are, not for who other people think you should be.
And by the way, self-confidence is SEXY.
The next time your sister says anything about you, just look at her as if she's a gnat and say absentmindedly "whatever" or "really." No hurt. No anger. Nothing. For a while she may double the attack -- she likes the power she has over you. Eventually, if you simply don't rise to the bait, she'll give up.
It has the added benefit of making her look like an ass (she's the one who picks on you while you do nothing mean to her). Family and friends will notice.
Good luck hon.
