You def don't want to rush things with her, relationships last longer when you've been friends for a while before hand, plus you'll be able to find out if she has a boyfriend or if she likes you etc. You should arrange for a few friends, both boys and girls, to go bowling/ice skating/movies and invite her along(one of her friends too if she doesn't really know any of yours) Make this a regular occurence.
After a few weeks you should ask her if she would like to go see a film or something with you (make it clear that it will just be you two)

You after fake rugby tackling her and saying Hi:
"So all my friends have seen the Mummy but I couldn't go and I really want to see it. Have you seen it yet?"
Her:
"No I haven't"
You:
"Well I was wondering if you'd like to come with me?"
Her:
"Ok"
You can swap out the mummy and replace it with some other film that you know is on at the cinema.
Job Done!
Good Luck!! xx

Find out what she likes, ask her about a movie that just came out and find out has she seen it yet, if not them be like well me and you need to go see that movie this Friday because thats when I'm going to see it. Now just don't go up and ask her about going to the movies, play it off like you just wanna talk to her like friends would do the ease the question in. Never let her know what you are trying to do.

Get to know her a little bit better. Maybe when you pass her in the hall, ask if she wants to hang out one day. Don't rush things by just asking her out randomly. She might even have a boyfriend. Just get to know her a bit better and be her friend.Best wishes,Bendy xx
