Especially when i have to ask my boyfriend to stop doing what he's doing, because it hurts. I've come to the sad conclusion that i'm going to remove it, but the balls on the barbell wont budge! I'm good at unscrewing things but they are totally stubborn. I dont really want to go back to piercer in case he's rough but i really want to get rid of it. Does anyone have any tips and/or experience on how to get it out please? Thanks! xx

You need to go to your doctor to get this removed. They have a manual device used to cut through metal. When I broke my arm, my hand swelled up, so the orthopaedic surgeon had to use one of these devices to cut off my rings. One of my rings was so thick, that it actually broke the device, and they had to send me to the emergency room to get it removed.
Before you go to the doctor, call them to make sure they are equipped with one of these cutting devices. My orthopaedic surgeon had one, as did the emergency room, but I don't know if this is something all doctors have on hand. Whatever you do, don't attempt to remove this yourself! You could end up doing more damage in the process.
Once you have this piercing removed, you need to make an appointment with your gynecologist to make sure there isn't an infection under the skin, or anything that needs to be taken care of. In fact, you should call your gynecologist first, to see if they have something to remove the piercing. They see them all the time, so it's not anything new to them.
You need to do this immediately because it's possible that scar tissue is/has built up in the area. When I was teenager, I had an ear piercing that got yanked repeatedly over time, and it developed scar tissue that had to be cut out by a plastic surgeon. Fortunately, I had an excellent surgeon, so you can't even tell it ever happened.
Let us know what happens! Good luck!

Your GP would be gentle, and would check for any possible infection, which could be the cause of your pain.
