Don't worry for now as your body is still going through puberty and your periods may not be regular. However, if you are still having an irregular cycle when you are a little older, say 16, then get checked out by a doctor as there are many medical conditions associated with irregular cycles such as polycystic ovaries that can be treated easily. Try not to worry!

It is normal at your age so not to worry, if you have had sex you may need to worry that you could be pregnant.

Dearest Anonymous,
There can be a number of reasons why your cycle has stopped; it is nothing to be embarrassed about the best way to find out what is going on with your girly bits is to see a doctor. They will perform blood tests to check hormone levels and ask you a few other medical questions which will help with a diagnosis, if you are too scared to go buy yourself perhaps you could go with your mum or an older female friend/sister.
Best wishes
Miss Nade.
