I'm kinda scared right now because I'm having my period, and it's the heaviest one I've ever had. I've been filling up a pad within just one hour. I'm not exaggerating. I don't want to go to school tomorrow, Cuz I don't know how I'm going to get through it. My period's too heavy. Anybody else have this problem?

Hi, the same thing is happening to me. I don't really know what is going on but my mom said its okay as long as your stomach doesnt hurt and i dont mean cramps. Also before I didn't get any stuff in my pad overnight but since i got a heavy one it was fillled and i had to change it twice in the same hour.

Tell your mum honey, we've all been through this and its horrible but at least if you tell her you can stay of school. When it happened to me I was at school and it was so heavy that I used a pad every half hour literally. I ran out and no one could lend me any so I had to lie in the medical room squirming for like an hour and a half before my dad picked me up... embarassing! But there see, it happened to me and it happens to us all. It probably won't be like this again for ages so don't panic love xxxx

I honestly wouldn't worry about it. Everyone gets heavy periods every once in a while.

If you donn't wanna go to school tomorrow, tell your mum about it and then she might let you have the day off.

If your next one is really heavy as well then maybe get it checked out, but I wouldn't worry about it.

lah mouw agony auntI had then problem one time when I was younger and I ended up in the hospital because when I actually told my mom it turned into a serious problem.

If you haven't told someone already, please do. Bleeding this much may cause you do become anemic so you REALLY need to tell someone. It's nothing to worry about though so just relax. Make sure you drink a lot of water, use those SUPER pads and try elevating your legs to maybe reduce the bleeding a little bit.

good luck.
