writes:I think I may be pegnant.the last time I had my period was may 23-28.i should have gotten my period on June 22or somewhere around that.I'm really not 100% sure because my cycle is kinda irregular.me and my bf did have unprotected sex once a few weeks ago(which is the stupidest thing we've ever done)and ever since the night we had unprotected sex I've been stressing and worrying that I might be pregnant.I've taken a pregnancy test everyday since June 22 and they've all been negative,but i've also been feeling like I'm about to be on since June 22 too.I know I should just wait to see if my period is late because of my stress and also because if I am pregnant it may be too early to tell...but I'm really scared and I dont know what to do and how or if I should tell my momplease help

reader, anonymous, writes (1 July 2008): First of all, if you are pregnant you definately need to tell your parents, no matter how hard it is. i'm 15 and i gave birth to a baby 3 months ago. My parents didn't find out i was pregnant until i was 8 months gone. That's not what you want to happen. you shouldn't have to go through this on your own. If you are there are a few options open to you, adoption, having the baby, or abortion. Your parents will obviously be shocked but at the end of the day they are there for you and will help you.
The chances are as you have taken so many pregnancy test and they are all negative you may not be pregnant.
Do what is right for YOU. Don't let anyone sway your decision. Being a young mother is not ideal for anyone, but there is so much help along the way, aslong as someone knows.
To be on the safe side, go get yourself checked out at the doctors or the hospital.

reader, anonymous, writes (28 June 2008): hey me and my girlfriend have been going through the EXACT same thing. same period dates and EVERYTHING. its kinda weird how its all the same. her tests have been negative too but shes still having bad cramps and back pain. i dont think she is pregnant and i think her period is gonna come because shes been stressing like crazy. your more than likely not pregnant too

Do not worry - pregnancy tests were made to read a hormone variant called HCG. And according to your tests, it is not prevalent, so DON'T WORRY =D.
But as a safety - I encourage you to go to a clinic to take a pregnancy test.

 i wouldn't stress because stress causes the period to be late or missed and you wouldn't want that just relax i've had unprotected sex before got really stressed thought i was pregnant and then 4 days later (after freaking and buying like 4 tests all nagative) i got my period
usually if you are cramping it means it is coming just wait it out wait about a week and if you still don't have it get another test and if you are talk to your mother and say i took a pregnancy test it came out positive and i think i need to go to the doctor (im sure she wont freak she is their to be a mother and guidw her daughter through the toughest times)
then the choice is yours whether to keep the baby or not
1)abortion
2) adoption
3) go through with the pregnancy
what ever you choose make sure its the right choice for YOU and the baby not anyone else! and don't let people tell you what's right and what's wrong
