my mums fella has the same prob go to a doctor with him. my mums partner i believe doesnt want to change he just knows she's there and doesnt have to bother with her. it brings my mum down. i couldnt do it personally

First of all, sorry for your partners illness. Heart goes out to him.
Secondly, depression will knock sexual desire straight out the window to be honest. And meds for it make it worse to boot.
I personally think you need to go with the flow with him. He is the one with the illness.
