Yep, OP is a troll with nothing else to do. Hell, an 11 1/2 inch penis statistically doesn't even exist, unless of course he's measuring along the bottom, and even then he'd be like 1 in 10,000 guys. Yeah this is bovine stinkiness.

 I think perhaps there are some cultural differences between how this situation has played out for you in India and how it might have gone in a Western country where couples often have intercourse prior to marriage and don't have any surprises waiting for them on the wedding night.
You married your partner for love so I assume you don't actually WANT to do anything with your sister-in-law. That part should be the easiest to solve. Tell her you love your wife and are not interested. 11.5 inches (if this is not an exaggeration on your part) is very large for a man. It's nothing to be ashamed of - that is how nature made you - but it IS more than most women are built to handle. Not only is it unlikely that your wife is physically able to accept your entire length, trying no doubt hurts her considerably because you are hitting her cervix with each thrust during intercourse. This is an incredibly unpleasant sensation for a woman, and it's no wonder that she is afraid of sex if her only experience so far has been painful.

Traditional "missionary position" sex where you control the speed and depth of penetration isn't necessarily off the table forever, but it should wait until you two have some positive sexual experiences together and until you have developed enough control not to try to enter her all the way, because that's only going to cause her further pain.

reader, anonymous, writes (2 October 2016): I suppose the east is east and the west is west so one cant judge eastern cases with western standards.For instance most marriages in the east are arranged and the female is required to save her virginity for their wedding night so it is not unusual for a virgin bride to be exposed to â shock as this. Also family ties in the east is much closer. But the OP doesnt say whether his SIL is older or younger or if she is married or not. I think in this situation if she is married and more experienced she should help and explain to her sister to prepare her sister to handle the situation instead of wanting it for herself.

Surprisingly the height of the man does not always ensure the penis will be similarly of greater length.
But length is only one issue. Ladies are perfectly happy whether their guy is 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 inches as long as he is loyal and faithful and an attentive good lover.
Whereas IF you are unfaithful it will not matter what length the penis is. You will ruin a relationship if you are unfaithful.
The original study of men's flaccid and erect penis length, in late 1940s, had over 3000 men measure themselves in private. First flacid and then erect. 500 additional men were excluded when they were unable to get an erection for the second measurement.
When a second study was done many years later the men had their member measured by attending gloved medical staff.
The penis lengths in the second study were not as long when the medical staff did the measuring.
Seems in the late 1940s most men tended to add an inch or two when they self-measured.
Of course there is at least one very rare medical condition that produce an even larger penis. Thankfully those cases are very rare.
Because men with an abnormally long penis where the penis can reach the start of their knees (with the above rare medical condition) are also often short and completely unable to enjoy any sexual relations with any woman and the weight of the afflicted penis becomes very painful. One has to feel very sorry for such a man with such a deformity.

You claim to have an abnormally large and huge penis that's almost a foot long(!!), you say your partner who you dated for 6 years before marriage is scared and now her sister apparently wants a "go" at you. Exactly what kind of a relationship do both sisters share? And what makes the situation so terrible? If you think that this is an unacceptable proposition then just say so to your wife. Are you considering "going" for the sister as well?
