She even put something in my drink to make me very sick. We always felt like this woman's aura was particularly evil. When you look at her, she has a very dark, mean spirit, and intentions that give you goose bumps. We have now had enough of having to see her every day and have decided to sell our house, but the problem is that our home is not selling in a seller's market. We are priced very competitively, and our home looks amazing. All homes that go up in our area have sold within days except ours. Our home has no issues, is practically new, priced really well but not selling despite interested visitors. I can't help but wonder if this neighbor's bad ''energy'' has something to do with this. I know it sounds crazy but if you met her, you would understand what I mean. She even has a criminal past, and I SO want to move from my house, but I feel like I am being held here against my will. My agent cannot understand why the home hasn't sold and told me it makes no sense at all!!I just need some advice here as to any ways to deal with a situation like this or how to break this supposed spell or black magic. I have heard confirmed rumors about her dark past so I have even planted a St-Joseph statue in my garden and nothing has helped. I am only looking for answers from people who believe in this kind of stuff. I am not looking to be ridiculed because my situation is quite scary and am always looking over my shoulder to see if she has plans to get rid of me.

I am the OP of this question and I wanted to share some developments with you. I decided to do a house ''cleansing'' this morning. While I mopped my floors, with every sweep, I said ',Cleanse this house of any dark magic or evil energy. May it be washed away and may this house be blessed. I repeated these words until I was done cleaning. I even opened my front door (which faces my neigbor's house) and did a large mopping gesture toward her and said, ''may this bad energy be sent back to its owner""
Well guess, what, I received 2 offers on my house today!!!

It's like voodoo BELIEVE in something so much and it can start to manifest in strange way's especially our health but above all it changes our 'perspective' the way we look at something normally could become warped. She THE WITCH which is pretty common anyway and an ancient art is nothing to fear. Fear your OWN thoughts and YOU give her IMAGINARY power. She is as useful as you make her, stop believing that she has power over you or that she has cast spells on you (even if she has). iF you really BELIEVE she has cast a spell then Simply send it back to her in your mind and say you will accept nothing of a negative nature. Put your belief AT THE FOREFRONT OF YOUR MIND. Our mind's are strongbut also susceptible to weakness....you feel weak simply because you BELIEVE she has power over you....It's like chain letters threatening harm to us and family , I received one years ago when I was only A teenager, it was full of poisonous words and threats and demands of forwarding it on to the next victim. I flushed it down the toilet where it belonged and never BELIEVED a single word nor did i worry my family by telling them about it. Just crossed my fingers LOL. In my mind it was finished. Another example : Horoscope forecasts! I won't read them because like voodoo it can create a design in your mind of the next day...an example 'somebody may talk behind your back at work' all day one could feel suspicious of their colleagues and mistrust them thus creating a situation that BRINGS ON the actual forecast. If you believe in the power of witchcraft and it frightens you then you must also Believe in the opposite 'good energy' white energy! wrap a visual image of this around you where nothing can penetrate of a negative nature and believe in this positive energy.Believe she can not harm you 'because she CAN'T' but you can harm you by BELIEVING IN THIS SAD PATHETIC REJECTED OLD WITCH.You may be giving off vibes to prospective buyers that their is something wrong with the neighbourhood. If she put something in your drink to make you sick ( as you state)then you should have gone to the police. Or do you BELIEVE she did this? was your sickness psychosomatic? If you want to learn about protecting yourself read some factual information below. This is NHS factual evidence on how the mind can bring on strange somatic symptoms....like sickness. Jannipeg, she comes from an Eastern European country where witchcraft is rampant, especially the city she is from. Her sister also practices black magic.
My home is de-cluttered, staged with all the bells and whistles and looks like a house out of a magazine. The home is priced really well.
For all those who responded, thank you. At least I know that some do understand the power of energy and metaphysical events. I am not superstitious by nature, but when this woman made her intentions known and she was turned down, some bad things happened in our lives right away, and now with the home not selling, it is freaking me out. I will continue my positive thinking, actions and prayers. Thanks!

Black magic doesn't have to be formed using herbs, candle and prayer rituals. People can just concentrate and think of bad stuff. I don't know what ethnicity she is. The only people I talked with, and black magic was mentioned were Ethiopians, natives, and creole blacks. I know Chinese people are quite superstitious too, but I've heard nothing about this from my own people.
It can be that your husband reminds your neighbor of her ex husband, who left for a woman who looks like you. She can't stand looking at you two every day so she wants to try her best to break you up.
Nothing dispels black magic like positive energy. I think you and your husband should continue to be affectionate, hold hands and kiss, etc in front of her. So she knows that whatever she tries to do will fail. Stop focusing on the house right now and just concentrate on each other's happiness.
Also if you can't get rid of the house, get rid of her. I know the police will not use black magic as evidence. But maybe it's possible that you could provoke her to the point of her losing her cool, and maybe do some physical damage to your house. Set up a secret camera and see what she's capable of.

What was it that Stevie Wonder sang: "When you believe in things that you don't understand then you suffer. Superstition ain't the way."
If you believe you have been hexed then you had better get someone to remove it. Always remember though that beliefs aren't real.
Our lives are filled with mythical realities. They include money, countries, human rights. We subscribe to the idea, but only as far as it suits our purpose. We can change them any time it suits us.

I agree with the anonymous male whose answer is below .... see if you can find a couple who your neighbour wont recognise and get them to play the part of interested viewers, and just to cover all bases don't let the agent know they are fake either.
And while you are setting that up there are a few things you could try ... making sure your house is spotlessly clean get a smudge stick or several sticks of incense and go through the house with the smoke, around all doors and windows and outlining all walls ie, along the ceiling line, down the corner, across the floor and then up the next corner before moving on to the next wall. If you know anybody with a Tibetan gong get them to come along and gong the place, inside and out.
Ivyblue's suggesting regards Feng Shui also has some merit, see if there are any experts in the area who would be willing to come and do an assessment on your house, the solution could be as simple as a mirror strategically placed to deflect bad vibes.
Good luck!

reader, anonymous, writes (15 May 2016): I am not familiar with feng shui other than I know that a spotlessly tidy home with no clutter is a positive in terms of those beliefs. And most people like an uncluttered home and the average person inspecting a home is going to feel better about a spotlessly clean home, white sheets and white towels and maybe a bowl of fresh fruit in the kitchen and a vase of fresh flowers in the entrance hall.
Turn offs are cooking smells, cigarette smells, animal smells and musty air. So open up the windows and let the fresh air run through the home for 2 to 3 hours every day. Carpet is even a turn off for some buyers, but more so if it does not smell fresh. In none of those negatives apply then perhaps it is time to look at some of the ways people get their home purified before a sale.
If your timing is just unlucky and no buyers are interested in buying in your area then busy yourself by improving the garden as a nice garden can be a real selling point.
But if the garden is beautiful then time to consider some alternatives to heal your home.
Some suggest burning a lavender scented candle or putting lavender oil on any light globes so that they release that fragrance when the light is turned on. The scent of lavender is supposed to be calming.
A spray dispenser filled with water and salt sprayed lightly around a freshly cleaned home is supposed to be another way to bring in positive energy.
If you have a bell at the front door it is also suggested that ringing this regularly wakes the home up, assuming the home has not been showing it’s best face of late.. You can also pray as you
Beeswax mixed with carnauba paste and a natural solvent to join the two is an old type of furniture polish and can make a room smell nicer than the more modern chemical sprays.
Make some fresh coffee just before the agent arrives to leave the kitchen smelling nice.
Instead of vases of flowers consider some healthy fresh house plants placed in nice containers around the house. They can look so welcoming. Try plants that can handle low light inside like Golden Pothos, Boston Fern, Dracaena, Bamboo Palm, Kentia Palm and Spathiphyllum which is also called the Peace Lily
Other than that I suggest you also go visit as many open inspections in your area as possible on a regular basis to see what your opposition is offering. Just visit as an interested potential buyer, which theoretically you are.

Park your car down the road and see what she does when the agent visits with potential buyers

Maybe potential buyers are getting to hear of this woman and are hesitant.
I honestly don't know what to tell you and I guess only someone who's going through this situation knows what it's like. Is it possible that you can get a priest to come and "bless" your house?
Don't lower your prices too much because again that'll make buyers suspicious. Then again, it's not fair on whoever stays here next because she could affect them as well. If this house isn't selling, can you meanwhile rent another place far away from here? Make sure this woman doesn't get too know anything about your new whereabouts. By the way, what about your other neighbors? What do they feel about her? Is she targeting you specifically?

Have you considered Feng Shui. This could help the flow of bad energy right out the door. There is heaps of stuff on the net targeting specific problems. For you its the sale of your home. Good luck
